Brite Strike Tactical Illumination Products was started by two police officers with the mission to create world class tactical equipment and personal protection systems for police officers, the military, and private citizens. On July 30th, 2008, FIRNA approved the merger of Brite Strike with GOBA. Brite Strike will now begin trading on the open market under the symbol BSTI.

Retailers
Brite Strike recently announced it will ship 4,500 of their Lightning Strike personal protection systems to BJ's Wholesale club within the next month. Discussions are under way for a follow up order of 10,000 Lightning Strike systems for later this summer. www.bjs.com

STOP AOW
Brite Strike Inc. has established a non-profit company, Stop Assaults on Women (www.stopaow.org), aimed at taking a grassroots approach to preventing assaults on women and making communities safer across the country. With over 900,000 women attacked last year in the U.S. alone, Brite Strike is determined to make a difference.

Kingston's Brite Strike Turns to Public Markets
Kingston, MA - Aug 06, 2008 - (Gatehouse News Service) - Brite-Strike Tactical Illumination Products Inc., the Kingston-based designer of flashlights that can be used as personal safety devices, is now publicly traded.

The company, which is now traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "BSTI," began trading on Tuesday with 20 million shares outstanding after it completed a reverse merger with Global One Holdings, a Miami company that has been inactive since 2004.

Brite-Strike officials did not disclose the terms of the merger, stating that the information would be forthcoming on the company's first public filing, which they expect to file by mid-November. The stock closed Wednesday at 52 cents a share. read more
